A little late posting this, but here’s my first finished project for my Dark Humor class, the Hot Dog Cart. We were given the task of creating a product that would be normally undesirable and selling it via a hot dog cart. As you can see, kids love Plutonium Pops! Their little heads will explode with joy!Had fun playing with the space here though, a definite favorite so far this school year.

The first of two pieces I did for my “idiom” project in Intermediate Digital Illustration. The focus of the assignment was to come up with a piece that related to an idiom of our choice (ex: cat got your tongue, butterflies in your stomache). I chose the idiom “drink like a fish” and these were the resulting illustrations. I chose to do two designs instead of one that both had a similar design sense and color palette. Very pleased with the outcome of these. The idea of getting “hooked” on alcohol was just too perfect for me to pass up on this idiom of mine.
